Introduction

Advantages and Features

  • Energy Saving: The use of rolling bearings instead of traditional sliding bearings improves start-up conditions, reduces the mill's start-up torque and operating current, and decreases energy consumption by 15-20% compared to mills with conventional bearings.
  • Flexible Discharge Design, Large Feeding Capacity: The discharge outlet can be designed as grid type or overflow type based on process requirements. The feeding inlet is equipped with a forced feed spiral, increasing the feeding capacity.
  • Liner Castings: The structure, shape, and material of the shell liners, end liners, partition boards, and discharge grates have all been tested through long-term production practice.
  • Enclosed System to Reduce Dust: The ultrafine ball mill and classifier form a closed system with negative pressure conveying, resulting in minimal dust and reduced harm to the human body.
  • Optimized Shell Structure: The liners and grinding media can be made from alumina ceramic, quartz, SLEX, or other special materials. For hard minerals, a design with no iron contamination is used.
  • Dry Oil Spray Lubrication: The lubrication of large and small gears adopts dry oil spray lubrication, ensuring uniform and reliable lubrication with high efficiency, low oil consumption, a small footprint, no oil leakage, and no environmental pollution.

Working Principle

The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts the principle of lamination crushing: the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate, driving the moving cone to do a pendulum motion, so that the concave is squeezed, impacted and sheared at the crushing chamber to achieve continuous crushing.

To some control is completed by the hydraulic system, mainly including: hydraulic adjustment of the discharge port. By adjusting the position of the hydraulic cylinder, the position of the moving cone is accurately controlled, the crushing gap is changed, and the discharge of different particle sizes is achieved.

Methods steel-iron protection. When unbreakable objects (such as iron blocks) enter the cavity, the hydraulic system automatically releases pressure, and the moving cone quickly descends to discharge foreign objects to avoid equipment damage.

Hydraulic cavity cleaning function: when the machine is shut down, the hydraulic system can be operated with one button to lift the moving cone, quickly clear the blocked materials, and reduce manual maintenance time.
